Ricoh announces the launch of a new series of A4 color multifunction printers designed to meet the needs of increasingly digital workplaces, ensuring scalability, information security, ease of use, and sustainability.
These are intelligent multifunction devices that offer added value through innovative features and services such as:
- Ricoh Always Current Technology: The systems automatically interface with this platform, accessing a wide range of applications, upgrades, and additional functionalities. These technologies are therefore scalable and can be rapidly updated to respond to new scenarios.
- Ricoh Intelligent Support: The multifunction devices are constantly monitored, and technical support can intervene remotely for quick diagnostics and resolution of any issues.
- Ricoh Smart Integration: The solutions connect to third-party cloud services, improving workflow management and ensuring information is always readily available and secure.
The series comprises four models – Ricoh IM C300, IM C300F, IM C400F, and IM C400SRF – with speeds ranging from 30 to 43 pages per minute. Each model integrates print, copy, scan, and fax functionalities (excluding the IM C300). The Ricoh IM C400SRF also offers finishing options.
The new intelligent multifunction printers feature a customizable Smart Operation Panel equipped with a latest-generation processor that speeds up the use of installed applications.
