**Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini** is about to arrive in all Italian stores: it will be released in July 2014.

The news was expected for some time and after all it is now a consolidated tradition to launch so-called “mini” versions of the current top-of-the-range smartphones, by Samsung.
The arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini is therefore not a particular surprise, although it can be said that the news does generate appeal, curiosity, and a certain anticipation.
What then are thetechnical characteristicsof the next new arrivalSamsung Galaxy S5 Mini?
First of all, the processor will be a Samsung Exynos 3 Quad at 1.4 GHz, with Mali-400 GPU and supported by 1.5 GB of RAM. Regarding internal memory, however, we are talking about a single 16 GB version which, as always in these cases, can be expanded using a microSD card, so as to always ensure additional storage capacity, up to a maximum of 64 GB.
The operating system is Android 4.4.2 and as for the screen, it will be a 4.5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (720p) and HD type.
There will be two cameras available: the main one will be 8 megapixels, while the front – secondary – will have 2.1 megapixels.
As for the connectivity, there are LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, IR Blaster, NFC and GPS modules.
Lastly, the detail regarding the battery: it is 2100 mAh.
Compared to its big brother, this smartphone deservedly earns the appellation of mini, however, at least some particular characteristics of the top-of-the-range model have been maintained: the fingerprint reader and the heart rate monitor also appear on the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini.
Instead, there are no certain indications regarding theprice of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini: no figure has been officially announced in this regard, so it is not possible at the moment to reveal this data which is definitely important for many potential buyers.
We will talk about it again as soon as we know more; apparently the launch is scheduled for mid-July, so it is plausible to think that further clarifications will be received in the coming days.
