The Dolby Digital Plus system and the large screen stand out among the **features** of the **ZTE Grand Memo**, the new phablet just presented in Barcelona.
Still on the subject of new smartphone and tablet presentations coming from the stands of the World Mobile Congress 2013 in Barcelona, news has also arrived concerning the companyZTE.
Indeed, the new ZTE Grand Memo, a phablet arriving on the markets starting from the second quarter of 2013.
The large screen naturally stands out: it is indeed a 5.7-inch HD TFT capacitive multitouch display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels.
Another distinguishing feature is that this phablet is equipped with Dolby Digital Plus technology.
Regarding the main features of the ZTE Grand Memo, it should be noted that the chosen operating system is Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, while the processor is a Qualcomm 800 quad-core Krait, in combination with 3 GB of RAM.
The internal memory is offered in a 16 GB base configuration, possibly expandable with an optional microSD card.
There are two cameras available: the main one is remarkable, with its 13 megapixels and autofocus, with panorama and especially face recognition systems. The second camera is the front one, with 1 megapixel.
The 1080 HD video player completes the package.
As for connectivity, it is ensured by WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and LTE 100/50 Mbps.
Light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and gyro are also available.
Everything is supported by great battery life, as the decision was made to equip this phablet with a 3200 mAh battery.
