Vodafone Relax is the new flat-rate package of offers dedicated to those seeking a tariff plan including calls, SMS, and internet browsing at an all-inclusive price. Here are the packages and the prices.
Vodafone has developed a new plan allowing unlimited calls and unlimited SMS to all carriers, plus internet access, for a fixed monthly price.
This is a package comprising several flat-rate offers grouped under the name “Vodafone Relax“, currently available for subscribers and soon to be launched for prepaid users as well.
There are three Relax plans to choose from:
- Relax Semplice (Simple Relax): for 39 euros per month, you get unlimited calls and SMS to everyone, 1GB of internet data, and dedicated Customer Service assistance.
- Relax: for 49 euros per month, you get unlimited calls and SMS to everyone, 2GB of internet data, and dedicated Customer Service. A smartphone is also included in the monthly fee at no additional cost.
- Relax Completo (Complete Relax): for 69 euros per month, you can enjoy unlimited calls and SMS to everyone, 5GB of internet data, and a “top-of-the-range” smartphone.
After the first 6 months, customers can also request a new smartphone, exchanging it for the one initially chosen: simply contact the dedicated customer service, available 24/7 and also reachable via email, chat, and web.
Nothing particularly revolutionary, as other operators already offer similar subscription plans.
What may attract attention in the coming weeks is certainly the flat-rate offer for prepaid plans.
