TCL Xclusive X1 Series TV, the World’s Thinnest HDR TV with Local Dimming

The Xclusive X1 Series TV features the latest technologies developed by TCL and the latest Android TV 6.0 OS, combining the richness of Google Play Store apps and content with voice search and Google Cast functionalities.

TCL’s Xclusive X1 Series TV integrates innovative nano-crystal technology: cadmium-free Quantum Dot (more environmentally friendly). This technology enables more dynamic High Dynamic Range (HDR) that reproduces purer colors more easily, with realistic brightness. Quantum Dot technology also ensures a narrow wavelength of primary colors (around 40 nm), so the color spectrum matches 93% of the digital cinema DCI-P3 color space.

The LED backlight Local Dimming system (288 zones) boasts a peak brightness of 1500 nits for HDR TVs or 600 nits for standard and wide dynamic range models.

This new television supports HDR upconversion technology (SDR-to-HDR) and is capable of converting SDR images into high resolution for greater detail accuracy. Furthermore, the black crystal diffusion significantly reduces diffuse reflection from 3% to 0.9% and direct reflection by 90%, allowing for the display of various black shades even in dark environments.

With an all-in-one design, the TCL Xclusive X1 Series TV is perfectly defined from every angle. In fact, this television has been designed so that no screws or cable connectors are visible and disrupt the TV’s aesthetic harmony. With a 15.4 mm screen, the TCL Xclusive X1 Series is the thinnest Local dimming HDR TV on the market.

Exceptional images, high-fidelity sound thanks to the integrated 3-channel audio system developed by JBL, and modern Scandinavian design are the highlights of TCL’s new premium television, delivering a high-quality cinematic experience.
