Samsung is focusing on modern design and cutting-edge technology for its new 2019 displays, introducing three new monitors: the Samsung Space Monitor with its exclusive Zero Height Adjustable Stand function, the CRG9 with a high-resolution Super Ultra-Wide screen, and the UR59C, the first 32″ curved 4K UHD monitor ideal for content creators.
Space Monitor: modern, minimalist, and flexible design
Samsung Space Monitor offers an elegant design and advanced features to allow users to focus on the content displayed on the screen. The new monitor, designed for minimalist environments, incorporates a unique space-saving solution that features a fully integrated clamp stand that attaches to the desk and can be tilted forward and backward, freeing up space for optimal productivity. Samsung’s Zero Height Adjustable Stand feature guarantees maximum versatility to meet any usage preference thanks to the mobile arm support with a minimalist design that can disappear into the back of the monitor. This system allows the monitor to be tilted or placed against the wall, or lowered to the desk surface.
Thanks to its comfortable ergonomic adjustment, easy port access, and a clean, flexible cable management system, the Space Monitor adapts to the shape and structure of any workstation or home office. The monitor, available in 27″ QHD resolution and 32″ 4K UHD resolution models, guarantees high performance and a rich set of features.
49-inch CRG9: the Super Ultra-Wide gaming monitor with Dual QHD resolution
Among the 2019 innovations, Samsung presents the CRG9, the world’s first Super Ultra-Wide gaming monitor with a 32:9 aspect ratio and high resolution. Thanks to its 120 Hz refresh rate and 4 ms response time, the 49-inch CRG9 monitor optimizes image processing speed, eliminating motion blur. Designed for a pro-gamer experience, the CRG9 also features advanced AMD Radeon FreeSync™ 2 HDR technology, which ensures extremely smooth graphics by eliminating lag and minimizing image distortions to enhance the gaming experience for enthusiasts.
With its Dual QHD (5120Ă—1440) resolution and HDR10 technology, the CRG9 delivers image quality beyond expectations. With a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, the monitor brings game scenes to life with extraordinary detail, deeper blacks, and brighter colors. Furthermore, the CRG9 combines HDR10 technology with Local Dimming functionality and Quantum Dot to deliver spectacular content with high contrast and an exceptionally wide color gamut, while also offering a 1,800 mm screen curvature and a Super Ultra-Wide field of view. UR59C: the first 32-inch curved 4K UHD monitor designed for content creators
Ideal for content creators seeking versatility and high performance, the 32-inch UR59C features a curved UHD display with a 2,500:1 contrast ratio and 4K UHD (3840Ă—2160) resolution that supports up to one billion colors. The 1500R curvature ensures a truly immersive experience when creating content and artistic images, watching videos, or gaming sessions, reducing the eye strain typical of prolonged use of traditional monitors.
Available in Dark Blue Gray, the UR59C has a super-slim design, with a thickness of only 6.7 mm and a fabric finish on the back. Its 3-sided frameless screen is supported by a slim yet robust V-Slim metal stand with a two-part base that hides cables and reduces clutter on the desk.
