Here are the first previews related to the Samsung Galaxy S4, the new smartphone due for release soon. A summary of the first revealed technical specifications.
There is significant anticipation surrounding the upcoming release of the Samsung Galaxy S4, the company’s flagship smartphone that has achieved so much success with its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S3.
In fact, the wait may soon be over, as the new product announcement could occur as early as mid-March; however, it is already possible to provide some previews regarding the technical specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S4.
It is important to note that these are rumors and, as such, have not received official confirmation from Samsung; however, the sources have proven to be quite reliable to date: AnTuTu benchmarks have highlighted some of the significant innovations that will define the new Samsung Galaxy S4.
According to what has been learned, it will feature a 1.9 or 2 GHz quad-core Cortex A15 processor, paired with a CPU that could be the Exynos 5440. Supporting this will be 2 GB of RAM and the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
The display could be a 5-inch FullHD Super AMOLED, with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.
Although no information has leaked regarding the camera sensor, there is talk of significant improvements in this area as well, as it appears the photo resolution could reach 2322Ă—4128 pixels. This would mean the likely availability of at least a 13-megapixel camera: a decidedly notable photographic setup, if all this is confirmed in practice.
We are therefore awaiting some official signal from Samsung to understand when the new smartphone will actually reach the markets and with what specifications. Moreover, there is no certainty today that the smartphone will be called Samsung Galaxy S4, so there could be surprises from this perspective as well, which only the parent company can reveal.
