Panasonic HC-V700 presents some innovations, illustrated at CES 2012. Here is a summary of its features and the price of the Panasonic HC-V700.
Panasonic has presented the new Panasonic HC-V700 camcorder in its booth set up at CES 2012.
This camcorder is configured as an ally in less-than-ideal lighting conditions, thanks to its new high-sensitivity sensor and high pixel density.
Two standout components among the main features of this camcorder are the 28mm wide-angle lens (equivalent to a 35mm camera) and the ultra-telephoto Intelligent 46x Zoom.
The latter manages to go beyond the standard of a 21x optical zoom, and in these cases, Intelligent Resolution technology comes into play, balancing and keeping the pixel count unchanged even during HD recording.
The recording achieves innovative values: 1080/50p (Full HD 1,920 x 1,080, progressive scan 50p PAL) alongside a data transfer rate of 28 Mbps. This means it will transfer on average double the information typically transmitted with 1080i recording.
It is possible to create 3D videos with this camcorder, however, the appropriate 3D conversion lenses need to be mounted, which are not included in the package and therefore must be purchased separately.
Alternatively, it is still possible to convert 2D images shot with the Panasonic HC-V700 into 3D: a function has been developed that allows you to enjoy a three-dimensional viewing of the just-recorded footage.
The price of the Panasonic HC-V700 is not yet known for the Italian market, but it is possible to note that the official price for the United Kingdom is around 500 pounds.
