Panasonic Full HD HX-VA20 is a camcorder suited for extreme situations. It is not afraid of humidity or even rain and was designed for moving images. The camcorder Panasonic Full HD HX-VA20 uses the new processor and new sensor for Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 shooting that doesn’t suffer from lighting drops like in indoor settings or at the end of the day.
The wide-angle of the Panasonic Full HD HX-VA20 is 28mm (like a 35mm camera) and the Intelligent 15x Zoom (with optical image stabilizer on the zoom is 12x) allows for various extra shots.
The camcorder Panasonic Full HD HX-VA20 has a 4-axis image stabilizer that is especially noticeable in fast-paced shooting such as sports. New creativity in filming is given by the new technology Slow Motion, while the Continuous Shots mode can capture the decisive moments of a fast-moving event.
The design of the Panasonic Full HD HX-VA20 is similar to the previous camcorder except that the control buttons have been made larger to facilitate shooting with gloved hands. Included in the kit of the Panasonic Full HD HX-VA20 camcorder is the HD Writer software version 2.0, compatible with both YouTube and Facebook.

Three images taken with different exposures are combined to create an optimal photo, while overexposed images are suppressed and underexposed ones are blocked. HDR (Painting Effect). This process gives images an artistic effect similar to that of painting.
Continuous Shooting
Ten consecutive 3-megapixel images are taken rapidly at one-second intervals, for a total of 40 continuous images in about 4 seconds.
Recording with MP4 and iFrame
MP4 files are compatible with a wide range of devices. This format features a high compression capability, resulting in lightweight files that are easy to share. iFrame files are designed to speed up video editing. With iFrame, your camcorder videos are in the same format in which you edit them, making them easy to import and modify with compatible editing software (such as iMovie).
Built-in Uploader
