Nokia Asha 311 is one of the brand new Nokia smartphones that, compared to its predecessors in the same line, features a touchscreen display.
Nokia is enhancing its new smartphone releases from the “Asha” family by introducing a series of new models, among which is the Nokia Asha 311.
Perfect for those seeking an easy and colorful device, the new smartphone distinguishes itself from the previous series in the Asha family by featuring a touchscreen display.
At the same time, security is considered, with scratch protection and polarization filters, while still offering a very bright screen.
Significant attention has been paid to the “social network compartment”: access to major services – such as Facebook and Twitter – is intuitive and very fast, with their respective applications already pre-loaded on the Nokia Asha 3011.
It is also very easy to share photos just taken with the 3.2-megapixel camera, minimal but sufficient.
The popular messaging service WhatsApp is also included.
Finally, mobile gaming enthusiasts will be satisfied as this smartphone comes with a pre-bundled version of Angry Birds, with 15 pre-loaded levels.
In keeping with Nokia’s best tradition, the Nokia Maps application is also included.
The processor is 1 GHz and therefore, despite its “basic” nature which prioritizes a great user experience with fluidity, connectivity benefits from ample power, leading to fast and smooth browsing sessions.
Nokia Asha 311 will be available for sale during the third quarter of 2012, at a price not yet officially announced by Nokia itself.
