BlackBerry KEY2 LE Atomic, price and features

This new model in the BlackBerry KEY series follows the design of the **BlackBerry KEY2**, with a reduced screen bezel and a casing that is as elegant as it is comfortable to hold. However, it features some refinements that make it thinner and lighter, with a **price starting at 429 Euros**.

A DESIGN THOUGHT FOR THE MODERN COMMUNICATOR

BlackBerry KEY2The LE strikes an ideal balance between a classic BlackBerry and modern design elements, such as the ultra-lightweight polycarbonate shell and the newly designed back that allows for a comfortable and secure grip. The KEY2 LE features a 2.5D Full-HD screen and will be available in three different colors: Slate, Champagne, and Atomic. The dimensions are in line with the rest of the BlackBerry KEY series, but the BlackBerry KEY2 LE is thinner and lighter, while the physical keyboard has been redesigned with keys that are approximately 10% larger than those on the BlackBerry KEYone. Developed for accurate and precise typing, the keyboard includes Speed Key, the shortcut button that allows instant access, with a simple gesture, to frequently used applications, contacts, and features, allowing you to customize up to 52 shortcuts.

BlackBerry KEY2LE has a dual rear camera (13MP + 5MP) that includes Portrait Mode. The 8MP front camera with LCD flash has new capture modes, such as Wide Selfie and Face Beauty, to enhance selfie portraits. Integration with Google Lens™ allows quick access to more information about landmarks, buildings, books, and much more, simply by pointing the camera at the object in question.

On the BlackBerry KEY2 LE, privacy is guaranteed by applications like Locker, which allows you to choose which documents and photos are not shared on the cloud. Locker provides a privacy space on the device where you can save photos, documents, and applications you want to keep private. Mozilla’s® Firefox Focus™, a private browsing browser, is very useful when you don’t want your web browsing session to be monitored. The BlackBerry KEY2 LE also includes the DTEK™ application, a tool to check the device’s security level, allowing you to see the extent to which applications can access your data and manage permissions for each one. Finally, the commitment to provide monthly security updates for Android™ means that the KEY2 LE will also be protected against the latest threats.

The BlackBerry KEY2 LE offers all the power and performance required on a BlackBerry smartphone, with 4 GB of RAM in both 32 GB and 64 GB variants, both with MicroSD support for further expansion. Powered by a Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ processor and a battery that offers up to 22 hours of mixed usage, the KEY2 LE allows you to get through even the most intensive days of use. Furthermore, the KEY2 LE is equipped with Qualcomm® Quick Charge®™ 3.0, which allows charging up to 50% in about 36 minutes, enough to get through a normal workday. Boost mode learns from the user’s habits and, by connecting to the calendar, recommends when to charge to calmly handle all commitments.
