ARCHOS today announced the new 133 Oxygen tablet, completing the ARCHOS Oxygen line, which will be available in different sizes (7.8 and 10.1 inches). This device, boasting high-end features, will be unveiled shortly at IFA and will be available at an attractive price starting November 2016. The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen features an elegant design, a durable casing, and is equipped with the latest technologies for extensive multimedia use.
As a pioneer in the tablet segment, having introduced the first WiFi-enabled solution with Google Android back in 2009, ARCHOS designed the ARCHOS 133 Oxygen tablet to meet the needs users face at home.
The tablet features an elegant design with a durable, glossy aluminum back cover with metallic finishes, crafted from a pleasant-to-touch material.
The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen is equipped with a 13.3-inch Full HD IPS display, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, ensuring users smooth performance and great color fidelity for enjoying almost any multimedia content.
With a 34 cm screen, the tablet will become a must-have for all families, allowing them to gather and play games, watch movies, share photos, or browse the web together. The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen can also be placed in the kitchen or living room as a useful tool suitable for the entire family.
The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen features a Rockchip RK3368 octa-core processor at 1.5 GHz with a PowerVR SGX6110 GPU, the best combination available today for enjoying 3D games and 4K videos.
The tablet is equipped with 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128 GB with an integrated MicroSD card, for viewing photos and videos and running demanding applications with virtually no limits.
The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen has two cameras: a 5 MP rear camera with Flash Focus and a 2 MP front camera, for capturing the best family moments and for video calls to stay connected with loved ones.
The tablet features a long-lasting 10,000 mAh battery, offering an average of 5 hours of video playback, ideal for travel.
The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen runs on Google Android Marshmallow in its base version, with full access to the Google Play Store and its numerous applications. It comes pre-loaded with ARCHOS Video Player, which easily plays most media files and offers video acceleration, subtitle download, video resume, TV-friendly interface, as well as the ability to play content from local home networks or external devices.
The ARCHOS 133 Oxygen will be presented at IFA 2016 at the Archos booth (Hall 25, Stand 206) and will be available for purchase at €199 on the website www.archos.com or through numerous distribution channels worldwide.
