Mobile applications to improve people’s lifestyle are at the center of the challenge that young people will have to face, collaborating with Accenture experts.
Passion, talent, collaboration and sharing of ideas, energy, creativity is the commitment that Accenture professionals in Italy put in every day to innovate our way of living and working, through the latest technologies. And it is the same commitment that will be required of the young talents participating in the new edition of theAccenture Digital Hackathon, on February 25 and 26, in Naples at theiOS Developer Academy, at the San Giovanni Pole of the Federico II University.
The Accenture Digital Hackathon – now in its fourth edition and organized for the first time in the Neapolitan city – confirms itself as a valuable opportunity that young graduating students and graduates with skills indevelopment, programming, design e marketing, can seize to demonstrate their capabilities and talent and to interact with Accenture experts and look towards their future as innovation professionals.Â
During the 24-hour “innovation marathon,” participants will have access to Accenture’s technologies and know-how and will be able to count on the company’s professionals who – asmentors– will guide the teams in the realization of their ideas.
The hackathon “The Future is APP to you” will aim to createmobile appsfor iOS or Android, the content of which must relate to one of the following areas:
- Interaction– to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information
- Sustainability– to support eco-sustainable development
- Quality of Life– to contribute to improving people’s quality of life
The projects developed will be evaluated based on concept, design, development, and presentation characteristics by a jury composed of Accenture experts, representatives from the digital world, and representatives from:Campania Region, University of Naples Federico II, Naples Industrial Union e Buzzoole.
The first three classified teams will be awarded vouchers for the purchase of technological products. Furthermore, the Unione Industriali Napoli will assign a special prize to the project that best responds to the need to foster business development among companies.
Registrations areopen until February 19th on the Accenture Digital Hackathon website.
