This latest addition to the TV range is the perfect solution for those who want to explore the exciting universe of movies and TV content in 4K HDR. With hundreds of hours of entertainment, from newly released films to true cult classics, exclusive hit TV series, and unmissable concerts on Netflix o and Amazon Video, the 4K HDR standard redefines the concept of image quality for home entertainment, thanks to unparalleled definition, color, and contrast features, along with a much wider brightness range compared to other video formats.
The XE70 series benefits from various Sony technologies, designed to offer an extraordinary visual experience, enhancing images in 4K HDR and ensuring absolutely realistic audio reproduction. With the TVs in the XE70 series, content of all types is distinguished by its clarity: all thanks to the powerful 4K X-Reality PRO image processor. Individual parts of each scene are analyzed and compared with a special image database, which autonomously acts on textures, contrast, colors, and outlines, creating more realistic images.
Fast-moving sequences in sports programs or action movies always appear fluid and rich in detail, thanks to Motionflow XR. This innovative technology creates and inserts additional frames between the original ones, compares the main visual factors in the subsequent frames, and finally calculates the missing fraction of a second of action within the sequence.
Furthermore, Sony has integrated numerous exclusive audio technologies into the 4K HDR TVs of the XE70 series. ClearAudio+ further optimizes the TV’s audio for an extremely immersive experience, where music, dialogues, and sound effects are even cleaner and more crystalline. Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) technology restores parts of frequencies that are normally lost, for natural sound and a more diffused perception: this way, Sony’s 4K HDR XE70 TVs boast a myriad of features to make viewing even more enjoyable.
