CCX is enhanced with new features related to the PDF format: thanks to Adobe Acrobat, CCX users can now organize and edit text and images in PDFs and merge different files into this format directly within the app, further simplifying workflows. Specifically:
- Edit text and images > A useful function when a PDF needs minor but crucial updates. For example, prices on price lists or an event date on a flyer. You can now edit existing PDF files, adding or changing text, and rotating or resizing images in Creative Cloud Express.
- Combine files into a single PDF > With this function, you can create a single PDF by combining files of different formats or opened in different programs and apps. For example: a quote or contract for a project that includes a PNG image, an Excel table, and some Word documents. Through the dedicated quick action, you can merge all these files into a single PDF without needing to convert them individually first.
- Organize pages > From today, you can upload one or more files, reorder pages using drag & drop, and download the document as a single PDF. This is useful for cases where, for example, you receive different documents in various formats from a single supplier: with the quick action, you can upload the various documents, reorder the pages in a new, more functional sequence, and save everything into a single PDF document. Once created, it will be possible to integrate new pages or extract specific ones.
