Soon Facebook will allow users to send comments even without connectivity.
Facebook has long been dedicating a certain portion of its resources – both in economic terms and in terms of available expertise – to creating a stable platform that can be used even with very slow networks.
Following this long-standing project, work is also underway on a new option that will likely become operational in the short term.
Indeed, there are rumors that developers are perfecting a system that will allow comments to be sent even when offline.
Apparently, subscribers will be able to write something in response to various statuses and updates, even while in offline mode.
The text thus composed will remain “pending” – so to speak – until the device connects to a network or re-establishes its personal data connection.
At that point, the comment will actually be sent to Facebook’s servers and thus published.
According to what is being learned in these hours, a novelty of this kind will arrive first on the Android platform, but it is not yet possible to state the timeframe needed to complete the development process and launch the update.
Furthermore, it is not yet clear when the same step will be taken for the app running on iOS and Windows Phone.
