Wind offers customers over 60 a new plan: it’s called “All Inclusive Senior”.
The telecommunications company Wind has presented to the press and public – through dedicated commercials – a new rate plan specifically for customers over 60 years of age.
It is called “All Inclusive Senior” and, at a price of 8 euros every 4 weeks, will entitle users to:
- 200 actual minutes to all networks;
- 200 SMS to all networks;
- 500 MB;
- unlimited minutes to two chosen numbers.
This package also includes dedicated telephone assistance for this customer segment: by dialing 155, customers will directly access an automated menu to speak with a telephone consultant.
Please note that payments for plans like “All Inclusive Senior” are no longer calculated per calendar month but are based on 4-week periods (28 days), following recent changes made by Wind, which we also covered on FullPress.info.
In addition to this specific plan for over 60s, Wind has also decided to organize training courses dedicated to learning new ways to interact online.
The courses will take place within selected Wind stores, in collaboration with Doro, a leader in simplified telephony for senior users.
At the time of writing, the initiative will be launched in 14 stores across Italy, but it is likely that the project may soon be extended to other locations.
