iPhone 6: Unveiling on September 9th?

September 9th would be the official presentation date for the iPhone 6.

While confirmation is awaited, rumors originating from US sources are circulating with insistence: the iPhone 6 is reportedly set for unveiling.
It appears that Apple will host a dedicated event, which, according to the website Re-Code, has been scheduled for September 9, 2014.
Re-Code typically proves to be a reliable source, thus anonymous and unchecked rumors have recently found a degree of validation precisely in the anticipation from the aforementioned site.
There’s an additional detail that could be revealed: it seems that – following the presentation event – the iPhone 6 will be released in the US market starting from September 19, 2014.
Naturally, as per Apple’s established and unshakeable tradition, no further comment has been made from the Cupertino headquarters: no confirmation, and no denial.
It is difficult to make definitive statements regarding the technical specifications the iPhone 6 might possess: some anticipations from previous months indicate two models, differing in size and some other included components.
It appears that a top-of-the-line 5.5-inch version and a second version with a smaller display, i.e., 4.7 inches, could be marketed.

Ultimately, however, more significant innovations than recent models are expected, given that the premises outlined by Eddie Cue suggest several rather interesting novelties.
We only need to wait about a month longer to discover the technical specifications of the iPhone 6 and the – potential and hypothetical – revolutions that will be brought to the sector.
