A new Nexus 7, and furthermore low-cost, is reportedly about to arrive on the market, presumably during the month of July.
The tablet sector is decidedly increasingly lively and competitive: this is further evidenced by the fact that – according to the latest rumors – Google is preparing to launch a new Nexus 7.
This new concept tablet could make its appearance in July, this time offered at an even lower and more competitive price than the models currently on the market.
It is a report from the Reuters agency that provides these previews, according to which we could even be talking about a base model sales price of 149 euros: 50 euros less than the current price for the Nexus 7 (Wi-Fi only) available in Italy.
Indeed very little considering the excellent performance of the devices developed by Google.
Furthermore, there is talk of several improvements: apparently the new Nexus 7 will have a higher screen resolution and will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
It seems certain that – unlike what happened with smartphones – the production partner will not change: the agreement with Asus is still in effect.
At the moment, none of the companies involved in the design and production process have wished to provide details or statements to Reuters , so we will have to wait a few more months for official confirmation of this information.
