After discussing the Nokia Lumia 920, it’s time to introduce the new Nokia Lumia 820, another previously unseen device that was discussed at IFA 2012 in Berlin.
The Nokia Lumia 820 is a mid-range smartphone running the Windows Phone 8 operating system, available in various vibrant colors: it will be offered in yellow, white, black, gray, cyan, purple, and red.
However, the appearance of your device can be customized, as the shell is interchangeable.
Just like the Lumia 920, this device is also capable of wireless battery charging.
The heart of this smartphone consists of a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and 1 GB of RAM. The internal storage is 8 GB, with the possibility of expansion via microSD cards.
Regarding the screen, we have a 4.3-inch AMOLED WVGA display with an 800×480 pixel resolution and ClearBlack technology.
The camera, equipped with 2 LED flashes, is 8 megapixels, based on Carl Zeiss optics.
The only real innovation, when all is said and done, appears to be related to the wireless charging mode thanks to the induction dock.
The price of the Nokia Lumia 820 is not yet known, nor is a confirmed release date.
