Motorola Defy Mini will soon be on sale in Italy at a price described as “unbeatable” by Motorola itself. Here are its main features.
Motorola Defy Mini is about to arrive on the shelves of Italian electronics and mobile phone stores.
The most important feature of this smartphone is its resistance to shocks, dust, and water. This is primarily thanks to the chosen display: a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass. As for the screen size, it’s 3.2 inches, slightly smaller than what is becoming the standard for the latest generation smartphones. However, as this device is recommended for an adventurous lifestyle, its reduced size facilitates handling.
The main camera is 3 megapixels, and there is also a VGA front-facing camera for video calls.
The operating system is Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread), running on a 600MHz processor: a fairly basic configuration that nonetheless allows connectivity and sharing, also thanks to the preloaded apps that lead to the main social networks.
On the other hand, the battery is capacious and durable, with its 1650 mAh.
The support for the MotoSwitch functionality further simplifies connections and remembers expressed preferences, as it recognizes the most contacted people, favorite music, most opened and used applications, and so on.
Finally, the device features GPS navigation, very useful when traveling.
The price of the Motorola Defy Mini has not yet been revealed, but the company was quick to announce that it will be “unbeatable.” More information will certainly be available during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, taking place from February 27th to March 1st.
