Amazon choose the Sardinia for the opening of his new Customer Service: in Cagliari the structure will offer new jobs but above all, Amazon customer support.
Amazon continues to invest in Italy, a sign that local customers are evidently rewarding the store's sales service.
For this reason the company has decided to open the new Customer Service and opted to do it in Sardinia, precisely settling in Cagliari.
The full opening will take place during the second quarter of 2013 but at the moment Amazon has begun to carry out selections for the job offers in Cagliari which will lead to the creation of approximately 500 new jobs over the next 5 years.
In particular Amazon is looking for managers, team managers and customer service and technical support staff, as the Customer Service will provide assistance 365 days a year to Italian-speaking customers of Amazon and the new Amazon BuyVIP.
In particular, the open positions for Cagliari – but also for the other points of interest opened by Amazon in Italy – can be consulted at the link www.amazon.it/lavoro, where all the searched figures are grouped together, continuously updated.
It is also possible to send a spontaneous application in the section “Apply Now".
With the opening of the new Customer Service in Cagliari therefore the number rises to three Amazon offices in Italy: the first was inaugurated in October 2011 in Castel San Giovanni, in the province of Piacenza (distribution center); the second was opened last September in Milan (offices) and today here comes the news of the upcoming start of the Customer Service activity in Cagliari.
