The control of operational efficiency is leading to a review of internal information systems, with the search for rationalization (read Cloud and Big Data) on one hand and innovation (read Mobile and Social) on the other, and above all to the creation of intelligent networks – the so-called smart grids – with which to distribute energy production, control consumption, and deliver electricity or gas on demand. Investments in smart grids, highlights IDC, will grow by 17.4% per year until 2015, a year in which they will reach the record figure of 46.4 billion dollars worldwide.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

– Learn about the latest technologies and methodologies to start a smart energy revolution starting from the heart of the company: the data center

– Discover the priority technological investments in the smart grid and smart city sectors

– Understand how to measure innovation in customer management processes

– Comprehend how to balance today’s priorities with tomorrow’s opportunities

The new edition of the Smart Energy Forum will feature the following speakers:

Ivan Kristian Pedersen, Programme Manager, Dong Energy

Antonio Scala, Head of Energy Services Mass Market, Enel Energia

Gianluigi Castelli, Executive Vice President ICT, ENI

Giuseppe Canto, IT Business Solution Manager, Power & Gas, Renewable, Oil, Erg
