Tiscali launches a new service to record and broadcast videos live, thanks to Indoona and Streamago.
Posting a video on social networks or sending it via email is certainly not a new operation.
Tiscali, however, is introducing an unprecedented feature, at least for the so-called “average user”: from today it is possible to create videos and show them live, right while you are recording them.
All this is possible thanks to the synergy between the services offered by Indoona and Streamago.
The latter is a web platform-based broadcasting service, also developed by Tiscali.
In fact, this creates a genuine personal web TV, easily made visible to your contacts via Indoona.
This is naturally possible from your PC, using a webcam, whether integrated or not.
However, the ultimate experience is, of course, usable on the go: to use these new features, you will need to download the Indoona app, available for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
You will also need the Streamago app, created for iOS and Android.
At the moment, it is possible to try the service in two modes, the first of which is offered completely free: in this case, the quality will be standard and the transmission speed will be up to 500 Kbps upstream, for a maximum of 10 GB.
If, however, you wish to share material in higher quality (HD), then you can purchase a Premium subscription, priced at 39.99 euros per month.
